The attorneys at M&J bring dedication and talent to providing effective counsel for federal employees, supervisors, managers, executives, and contractors, as well as federal-sector unions, agencies, and employee associations. We concentrate our practice exclusively in the areas of federal employment, labor, and security clearance law. Because many of our attorneys are former federal employees and union activists, we understand the culture of federal employment and how agencies work. Our practice is not bound by time zones or geography. We frequently work with federal employees and contractors nationwide and those stationed abroad.
Employment decisions made by the federal government should be based on reasons of merit, not on unlawful discrimination or retaliation against employees for exercising their rights.
