He earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree specializing in chemical engineering from Nadiad Institute of Technology and a Master of Engineering with specialization in chemical engineering from Steven Institute of Technology. He also earned a degree in polymer science at Stevens Institute of Tech and earned a MBA in international management and marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He earned a Ph.D in chemical engineering from Kennedy Western University.
