A grassroots initiative supporting education, entrepreneurship, and family reunification for refugee-immigrant and Indigenous women. Striving to reflect diversity and inclusion, the Governing Board is comprised of 75% women and 75% IBPOC (Indigenous, Black, People of Color). Flourishing Foundation is message-driven dedicated to making a better world employing 3 Pillars: 1. Education for refugees and immigrants, 2. Entrepreneurial opportunities such as Global Women Catering and 3. Reunification of Indigenous peoples. |

She dedicates funds to an Entrepreneurship Grant Program for refugees and immigrants, as well as and Indigenous women in Canada. She has partnered with the Government of Canada, and additionally works to help reunite family members. |

Dr. Montgomery Di Marco attended the University of Alberta, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. She then graduated from Athabasca University with her Master of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on Equity Studies. Dr.Montgomery Di Marco attended the California Institute of Integral Studies, earning her Ph.D. in
Transformative Studies: a Transdisciplinary approach to cultural Anthropology and Sociology. |
