At Nevada Mental Health, we provide high quality, evidence based, patient centered psychiatric services in our outpatient clinic. Our Group also provides Psychiatry for Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), as well as RTC ( Residential Treatment Center).
We work with multiple organizations to solve their problems in relation to Mental Health Programming as well as staffing, and also for Service Delivery, Operations and Management.
Personally, I also have a small self pay private practice outpatient psychiatry practice where psychiatric care is provided without the influence of Insurance or Managed Care organizations. |

Dr. Khurana is a child and adolescent psychiatrist who treats a variety of conditions affecting mental health. |

He is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He maintains active affiliation with the AMA and is the President Elect for the Nevada Psychiatric Association. |

He completed Medical school from the Government Medical College in Amritsar, India and worked in cardiothoracic surgery in India before moving to the United States. He then attended Graduate school for Masters in Behavioral science at San Diego State University and completed a Psychiatric residency and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Virginia, where he served as Chief Fellow in his last year. |
