He completed his undergraduate studies at Baylor University in 1989 and earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in 1993. A residency was completed in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship was completed in vascular and interventional radiology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. |

In his free time he enjoys the outdoors, boating, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. |

He is dual board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Vascular and Interventional Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). |

Dr. Horn offers his patients all types of image-guided procedures with a a special interest in kyphoplasty, biliary interventions and oncologic therapeutic interventions. He is affiliated with Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville, Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Braselton NGMC Barrow, and NGMC Lumpkin. He also achieved the high honor of Eagle Scout and has served in the Army National Guard. |
