In his current capacity as the Technical Executive for Radiation Safety at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) he provides advice on EPRI’s Low Dose Radiation Research and various aspects of the EPRI Radiation Safety Program. Prior to his current position he served with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) as a Senior Advisor for Radiation Safety and International Liaison and as a Senior Executive. While there he was responsible for coordinating the national and international activities related to radiation protection, safety, and security of by product materials; decommissioning and waste management, radiation protection policy; and international radiation protection recommendations and standards. Prior to this role, he served as a Senior Executive in various licensing and research capacities. |
