Then he went on to earn his Juris Doctorate at Howard University School of Law in 1973, followed by a Master of City Planning degree at the Harvard Graduate School of Design in 1974. |

In his spare time, Mr. McClurkin enjoys playing poker, basketball, and reading thriller novels. |
