She is an advocate for abused animals, supports local charities, and is a member of the Humane Society of Charlotte. She is an empowerment speaker on the topics of education, developing self-esteem and self-confidence in young girls, and teenage pregnancy prevention. She shares the proceeds of her sales with the causes dear to her; charities she supports include PetSmart, American Humane League, UNCF, Leah's Hopes and Dreams and school fundraising events. |

Mrs. Moores legacy to leave behind is that she is a fearless achiever and a woman. Renates ambition to continue to help others is the reason she turned to writing for grown up audience. Shes currently writing two books to be in print soon. One is a recipe book that encourages cooking at home, eating better and short stories about Renates lifes and marrying South American Cuisine to North American dishes. Her second book is about her journey and all she experienced on her road from starting her business with little finances and how she rose to success despite many failures. |
