Gastroenterology; Added a liver division to tackle the many problems with liver disease, such as Hepatitis C, alcohol cirrhosis, non alcohol fatty liver disease, primary biliany cholangitis, etc. Very successful for the community and created a successful business model; Eastern New Mexico Gastroenterology uses use state of the art equipment and have access to other tertiary care institutions when needed. The nearest corporate entity that comes close to what we are achieving here is three hours drive away in New Mexico. |

Dr. Ridout aspires to become a director of musical ensembles and become involved in musical composition and orchestration in the future. Expanding the New Mexico Gastroenterology Clinic for another subdivision to more comprehensively and specifically assess and treat Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (e.g. Crohns Disease and Ulcerative Colitis) and diseases of the small bowel and colon. Extensive use of the pillcam (capsule endoscopy) and use of modern treatments for the Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (e.g. Humira, Remicade, and several new "biologics on the market).
In the process of recruiting another Gastroenterologist that must fit the mentality of our healthcare model: efficiency, maximum quality healthcare
delivery, and acceptable profitability.
