Mariah has been published nationally for a civil jury trial verdict in a vicarious liability tort action, for which she obtained a verdict in favor of her clients in 18 minutes and had a criminal jury trial acquittal in 17 minutes. |

In her first year of private practice, she won an appeal before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania on an election appeal, one of her areas of expertise, which earned her the appointment as Solicitor to the Controller of Fayette County, Sean Lally. |
